Who for? Anyone with sensitive skin
and babies. Turn your everyday bath/ shower into a
delightful experience.
What is it? Our handmade vegetable
soaps are absolutely unique. Many clients have
described them as simply the 'best in the world-the
finest quality they have ever used'.
This is because we use a low heat (cold pour
process) with mountain spring water that retains a
large percentage of precious (expensive!) vitamin
rich nut and plant oils included just before the
batch is poured. These are not consumed in the
saponification process leaving them in the soap to
superfat them - moisturise and condition the skin
beautifully. Our luxurious long-lasting gentle
moisturising soap with only pure natural plant
(coconut, olive) and essential oils, flowers,
herbs, Tasmanian milk and bio-dynamic cream, plant
oils, fruit, clays, seaweeds, green tea, nutmeal,
herbs and fruit peels (from the maker's garden)!
these botanicals create the delicious smells,
textures and colours.
Rediscover
the pleasure of silky, creamy moisturising
delicately scented lather. These gourmet soaps can
only be produced in small batches and are made in
limited quantity.
We use no artificial colours. Our
soap colours are created by the herbs, essential
oils/spices (cocoa, paprika, saffron, etc.), fruit
and fruit peel (from the maker's garden), natural
mineral oxides used in each different variety. We
do not use synthetic colouring agents. We
use no synthetic antioxidants, optical brighteners,
maturing stabilisers, lathering agents or animal
products. Our soapes are totally bio-degradable and
eco-friendly.

Directions for use: Most people
suffer dry skin as a result of not rinsing the face
properly in clear water after washing to remove
soap residues which can be drying. When not
assaulted with chemicals the skin is a self
maintaining, naturally acidic, self lubricating
organ - however thorough cleansing is absolutely
necessary for skin health. All soap, no matter how
well made, is alkaline in nature, so will, when
used, temporarily remove that protective acid
mantle which needs to be restored after washing.
Tasmanian apple cider and herb conditioning rinse
is almost miraculous in the relief it offers to dry
itchy skin, eczema and dermatitis. It stimulates
skin function, refreshes, invigorates and
smoothes...and tightens and increases circulation
to the skin leaving it moist and glowing.
Face
Wet the face with warm water (not hot water
which can cause surface capillary breakage. Rub the
bar between hands to lather. Apply lather to face,
evenly working well into skin Use a Riffi Facial
Mitt if make-up is worn. Rinse.
Fill sink/basin with slightly cooler clear water
add a couple of teaspoons of Tasmanian Applecider
and herb Conditioning Rinse to the water. Splash
face at least six times, gently pat almost dry. Use
Beauty and Bees moisture cream immediately to lock
in moisture.
Body
In shower or bath as above but add a tablespoon
of vinegar to a litre jug of warm water and pour
over body. Use body cream/balm immediately to lock
in moisture.
Please
note:
The gentle facial soaps are
especially suited to facial skin. People with
allergies or extreme sensitivities should use these
soaps on their body as well. Best-for-face soaps
are superfatted with extra vitamin-rich plant oils
before pouring.
The face/body soaps contain a
higher percentage of intense aromatic oils. They
are suitable for most people to use on the face as
well as the body. But people with sensitive skin
should only use these soaps on the body and choose
gentle facial soaps for the face.
Body scrub soaps are only suitable
for the body as they are designed to assist body
exfoliation and are too rough for the face.
Recommended with this product:
Tasmanian apple
cider and herb conditioning rinse, all
moisture and
body creams,
body balms,
Silken dusting
powder
