Thank you for your fantastic service, yet again. I faxed my order to you late Monday afternoon (remembering that Tasmania is 1 hour ahead of Queensland) and received a phone call from your customer service team (I think it was Claire? Anyway, whoever it was, she was extremely polite) early Tuesday morning to confirm my order and organise payment. I received my products from Beauty & the Bees on Wednesday.
I am extremely happy with your professional and extremely quick service- many other companies could learn a few lessons from your team!
Also, I wanted to advise you of how happy I am with the Honey & Coconut Light Moisturiser - Patchouli and Orange face cream that I purchased from you. I have previously tried the Rich - Rose Geranium face cream and was delighted with how fantastic it was, so this time I opted for a lighter moisturiser and wanted to try a different scent. It has a subtle yet fresh scent, tempting me to want to keep reapplying it (even though I know I don't have to!) for its scent and light and fresh feeling after applying.
