Postage and Shipping 

Postage is calculated by weight (there are endless combinations of products, so as you can appreciate, we or our online system cannot calculate it until you make your choice of goods)

Within Australia -Australia Post- We only offer Express Post overnight bags, not ordinary surface mail.

We do this for one reason ONLY- because overnight bags are trackeable and traceable -20 years bitter experience with Australia Post "normal" mail services has shown us that too many parcels are lost sent by "normal" post with no comeback for us or you the client.

We are continually asked to send by normal mail but when the parcel is lost ( at least 40% of the time) the client will not accept that it is not our fault, and we lose a customer- it is a lose lose situation- and unfortunately all small businesses who are not Amazon with their buying power/muscle in the marketplace are in the same situation re: postage costs.

Unfortunately we have only 23 million people in Australia and it is a monopoly, so our postahe rates here are at least double that of the USA for example.

The solution?  order more a one time to maximise the postage.

Please note that AAE/All courier services deliver to Units/Flats/Apartments at their discretion.

Within Tasmania- we generally use Fastway to deliver to Tasmanian addresses, but unfortunately they will not deliver to Australia Post PO Boxes. Remote country addresses/properties are sometimes problematic- with parcels often returned because finding some addresses is very difficult.

In this instance please either nominate an easy to find street address at your usual pick up point for this type of thing, add this to the message/instruction section when completing your order online, or tell us when completing order by phone.

We usually use Australian Air Express courier within Australia which is fast cost effective and trackeable online, and we have, over many years, found it to be the most cost effective and reliable method, since we want our fresh products to reach you quickly, safely and in perfect condition.

Overseas -Outside Australia we use Australia Post or FedEx—we will quote you for both if you choose to complete your order by telephone.

**We do not recommend choosing the Sea Mail Option, this freight can take up to 65 days to arrive, because of the nature of our product we cannot guarantee the condition in which the merchandise will arrive after this period of time.

 *** If you choose either Air Mail or Sea Mail for your freight option please be aware these are non trackable nor insurable freight options. Air Mail orders take from 5 – 10 days and Sea Mail takes up to 65 days. We suggest if you have not received your order in this time frame you contact your local delivery centre. Beauty and the Bees will not accept responsibility for orders damaged in transit or not received by using either of these overseas freight options.
