All used to find that normal shampoos would make their hair fluff up heaps and conditioners would leave too much product build up making curls flatter and spikier - one stopped washing their hair all together to avoid this. After just a few washes my scalp is no longer dry and flaky and my hair feels fantastic! Its so economical since a bar lasts for ages, especially if you cut them in half or thirds (as reccomended by one of the girls there in the office who gave me that tip!)   As a young fella I used sunlight soap, as we did from childhood but I suggest your beer soap is far superior.

• "I just want to share my thoughts about Beauty and the Bees shampoo bars. I think they are wonderful natural alternative to commercial shampoos. At first when I started using it I noticed I cannot go without vinegar rinse, if I don't rinse, my hair will be tangled and difficult to comb. I thought it was the soap, but the real reason is hard water...
  First I found out about hard water in some blog, later on hapenned to wash my hair with Beauty and the Bees soap in Korean sauna (they use some clean hot spring water). I thought that's it, now I'll never detangle them but to my surprise my hair was so soft and silky like it never was before without even rinsing it with vinegar.
  If there's anyone out there who thinks that the soap leaves "residue", in fact it is minerals in hard water that interact with soap.
  Love B&B shampoo soap bars in combination with vinegar rinse when soft water's not available. "

• "This was originally given as a joke gift for my partner. When he finally got around to trying it he was amazed. So then I tried it and was equally amazed. After a week of using it our hair looked healthier, shinier and had more body. After a couple of months my partner said his hair loss had slowed as well.
  
  We also noticed that there was no chemical 'feel' while rinsing, which made us really question what we had been putting on our heads for all this time. Were these chemicals in regular shampoo aiding his hair loss? I don't know. That would require a proper scientific study. However it is nice to use a product that no longer has a listing like one of my old university chemistry experiments.

• "It's been a long road on my mission to reduce our family's exposure to nasty chemicals, to find a shampoo solution that actually worked and didn't leave my hair feeling either (a) like dry straw, or (b) oily and limp. I am now very happy to report on Beauty and the Bees Beer Shampoo bar. I'll admit it took a bit of getting used to washing my hair with what looks like a bar of soap, and it took my hair a while to get used to not being smothered in chemicals anymore. I am now addicted however. I seriously love it and for the first time since before my first pregnancy, I love my hair again.
  
  For a conditioner they have a lovely Apple Cider and herb conditioning rinse. When I ran out of that I substituted good old Apple Cider Vinegar from the pantry cupboard and it works a treat. You simply put 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a 1 ltr jug and take it into the shower with you. After shampooing, fill the jug up with warm shower water and pour it all over your head as a final rinse. The vinegar taste and smell disappears soon enough to leave a shiny, bouncy, tangle-free, clean head of lustrous hair.
  
  My hair is happy and rediscovering itself; my skin is relieved to no longer have to endure all the chemicals from conventional shampoos that I've been using all my life; and I'm saving myself a small fortune on all the salon shampoos that I had been buying all this time. Yay for beer (and apple cider vinegar)!

  I have to say, this shampoo is A.W.E.S.O.M.E! Surprisingly foamy and economical in use! The natural exotic formula creates an "out of this world" shower experience! The ginger /cinnamonish, and honey + all the beer, makes this a really adventurous and manly fume.
  
  Makes my hair (which is very thick, hazelnut brownish) and facial hair/beard shiny and soft. Usually I kinda need a conditioner to soften my hair, but not with this product! I've already gotten positive feedback on the odor and how shiny my hair is!
  I use it on my body as well, feels moisturizing, and the bee wax/honey has a water repellent effect on the skin! Gonna buy some more soaps (for my body), but in the meanwhile this works like a charm!
  
  There are absolutely no reasons not to buy this product!!!
