I am now on my fourth order of your products, and just cannot say enough about how they have changed my life! I was reading an old issue of Gourmet magazine when I was ill in bed a few months ago, and there was a fascinating article on Leatherwood honey. It sounded wonderful, and the article mentioned Beauty & the Bees. I did an Internet search (thank you Google!) and found your website. I must admit, my first order was placed in an almost feverish haze...but I was absolutely thrilled when it arrived. The hair wax, the shampoo, they all just smelled brilliant. I started using them, and weaning my very very VERY curly hair off all the toxic shampoos and conditioners I had been hooked on. After about a week of the Beer shampoo and a water and apple cider vinegar rinse, my hair adjusted...and it looks breathtaking. I cannot tell you how many comments I get - from friends AND strangers - about how beautiful my hair looks. People ask if I have dyed my hair (for some reason it looks darker and richer) or had it cut...and all I can say is 'No! It's Beauty & the Bees - you have GOT to try this stuff!' It used to take me about an hour to condition and comb through my hair - and I used to slap handfuls of conditioner on and sit in the tub and slowly go through the snarls and tangles. Since using Beauty & the Bees products on my hair, I haven't used conditioner AT ALL and it takes about five minutes to comb through in the shower. Astonishing and wonderful - and I LOVE the way I smell. It makes me smile.

I raved so enthusiastically about your products that two friends decided they needed to try the shampoo bars. We live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and found one stockist, but she didn't have the whole range. We met for tea at my house, and decided to go through the website instead - we all ended up purchasing creams, soaps, potions and lotions! I can't tell you how INCREDIBLE the box smelled when it arrived! There's something so luscious about the scents you use - natural and earthy, but sensual and joyous too. This time around, I ordered the Marigold hand cream, the Ultra rich lavender face cream, and the Orange and patchouli cleanser. Oh my Good Goddess. I just can't begin to tell you how amazing these products are...but let me try.

I have rosacea - have had it since my late teens - and have tried everything under the sun, and been to several dermatologists. Nothing worked. It's now been two weeks of using your face cream and cleanser, and there is no more redness, no more blotchy skin, no uncomfortable feeling of thinness in the skin. My face looks normal - and feels and smells WONDERFUL!

I recently got my eyebrows threaded (an Indian process where they basically pluck and shape your eyebrows with a piece of string). I've never had it done before, and probably as a result of my fear, and the woman's uneven hand, I had a very painful cut under my eyebrow, on my eyelid - it was like a paper cut - thin and sharply painful. I used your Lavender face cream to sooth my eyebrows - AND I slathered it over my eyelids. Wow - I never was able to put face cream near my eyes before - always had a bad reaction - but your cream didn't bother my eyes at all! And the next day, when I awoke, the small but painful cut was healed, and my face felt fabulous.

I also developed a case of stress related eczema under my arms - painful, itchy, scaly red patches. I've been to various dermatologists who all prescribed creams that helped a little, but never really got rid of it. I had read some of your other customers' letters and started using the Marigold hand cream under my arms... with extraordinary results. It's gone! No more itchiness, no more unbearable pain. I used to sit and scratch and cry - it was horrible and frustrating and painful...and nothing worked! But within weeks, I have found relief with the Marigold hand cream... Thank you just doesn't seem enough for what you've given me.

I ordered some more of your soaps and creams to give as Christmas gifts, and now my best friend is pregnant, so I am sending her a big box of Mama and Baby products. I can't wait for her to try them...

After years of listening to my husband complain about his itchy and sore head and face, I purchased your shampoo bar whilst on holidays in Tasmania. He gained almost instant relief.

To date, he is using the shampoo bar, our mixture of apple cider vinegar and purified water, and the marigold moisturiser - on his head and face. What a difference! Last year while in Tasmania I purchased "Busters Bonza Bewdy Bar". My dog is a 14 year old Australian silky terrier. All his life he has had skin conditions and a thin coat. Most summers he ends up bald, but not this year! Since I have been using the Bewdy Bar (about 8 months), his coat has thickened and is so healthy. Dusty never scratches anymore. I am 21 and have extremely fair skin and babyfine blonde hair. I have suffered from terrible skin problems ever since I was 3. I've been to many doctors and they have prescribed everything from cortisone to UV lamps to antibiotics. Nothing worked and I was very tired of having to wear long sleeved shirts and pants during the hot summer to hide the ugly red sores. I was also tired of never being able to wear a swimsuit or a sexy prom dress. I don't like to wear make-up but felt it a necessity to cover up the red spots on my face.

My wonderful fiance has an interest in natural organic products (mostly food) and that got me thinking about the chemicals in my soap, shampoo, make-up, etc. None of my doctors had ever mentioned anything about my hygiene products except to tell me to use antibacterial soap.

So I did some research and ordered several samples of organic hygiene products, yours among them. I tried yours first and at first it didn't seem to be helping and I didn't like how my hair felt greasy. But I was patient and after about two weeks I started to notice a difference in that my skin didn't feel so irritated and my hair adjusted to the bar soap and stopped producing so much oil.

After another week, the sores started to heal and disappear.

Then I tried some of the other organic products I ordered (Zia and L'Bri) to compare and it has been disastrous!! My skin problems have come back with a vengeance. SO... You have a lifetime customer in me! I'm ordering for my fiance, too, and when we have kids, they will be bee-autiful as well!

Thank you so much for helping me! Your product is expensive because of overseas shipping (can't be helped, I know) but it is worth every penny to have healthy skin and fewer doctor's bills! (Not to mention a clean conscience about the environment...)

And my fiance is grateful too because he likes touching my healthy skin and soft, shiny hair.

Just writing to say how much I love your products!

I stumbled across a link to your website around 6 months ago whilst I was pregnant and searching for natural products to use on my new baby. It soon made sense that what was best for baby was also best for me! My little baby girl, now three months, has been using the Botty Butter, and occasionally the Milk and Honey Bath (so creamy it can give her pimples - but leaves her skin SO soft!).

The Botty Butter glides on beautifully, we don't even need to use it at every nappy change, and it completely restores her skin, I've also used it on my hands which have developed some mild eczema since early in pregnancy and it completely restores that too.

I have been using the green clay facial soap, a witch hazel toner mist and ultra light moisture cream for my skin, which is freckled and prone to the odd couple of spots, oily shine and dryness, but otherwise pretty normal. My skin has never been in better condition! It feels soft and smooth all day.

I've always had problems finding skin products for normal skin; because of the harsh ingredients, other products either didn't cleanse my skin enough to prevent pimples, or over cleansed leaving my skin feeling stripped and dry. I'm looking forward to trying the shampoo bars nextŠ

I've persevered with the shampoo bar and upped the vinegar content of my rinse and am delighted with the results. I called into the store yesterday and bought a beer shampoo bar which I reckon is even better. I also bought some Dead Sea soap (fabulous) pet soap, gardener's soap and body cream.

The sales staff very cleverly gave me a leaflet with all the nasty chemicals listed on it. I have now thrown most of my other stuff out and will be popping back this week to buy some hand cream, cleanser and goodness knows what else!! I was surprised to find that my other well known brands have chemicals in them, although my aloe vera moisturiser seems OK. I guess being animal friendly and politically aware isn't the same thing as being chemical free.

I would just like to drop you a note congratulating you and your staff on your beautiful skincare (and haircare) range. I recently had been using skin cleansing wipes from one of the better known skincare companies and while I consider my skin is not at all sensitive, these popular brand skin cleansing wipes caused a reaction and burnt my skin so badly that the skin on my cheeks and around my eyes was left red, swollen, weeping and my skin was peeling. I have used this company's products before with no problems and do not have any known allergies. I immediately stopped using the product and other skin care products I have (that are full of chemicals) and used some of my Beauty & the Bees ultra light moisturiser on the affected skin. Within 24 hours my skin was virtually back to normal, the sorness and tingling was gone as had the swelling and redness. Within 36 hours my skin showed no sign of the reaction. Needless to say I have stopped using other company's products altogether and have treated myself to a full range of Beauty & the Bees skincare including eye drops, lip balm, aromatic hair drops, some more ultra light moisturiser and flower petal toning mist. I have always been a fan of your products and have regularly used the lip balm, facial moisturiser and bath cream but now I have reverted to using Beauty & the Bees for all my skincare. Again thank you for your products, they are absolutely beautiful. I have also sent them overseas to friends in the US, UK, Belgium and the Faroe Islands (part of Denmark and located between Iceland and Scotland). With best wishes,

I have used the Rosemary Mint Shampoo Bar for approximately 10 months and it is brilliant. My waist length hair has never been healthier. I find I have no tangles or knots when combing. My son, who has suffered from cradle cap for years has commenced using the Shampoo Bar followed by a cider vinegar rinse and within a few weeks all signs of the cradle cap have disappeared. I recently purchased some of the ready-made Green Clay FaceMask from your Organic Skin Care Deli in Bellerive. I am writing to tell you how impressed I am with the product.

As you instructed, I mixed a little water with a small amount of the paste and applied it to my face and neck with a soft brush. The clay felt pleasant on my skin and although it tightened as it dried, it was not unpleasant. However the best was yet to come. The clay rinsed off very easily and I was amazed at how soft and cleansed my skin felt. The softness lasted about 48 hours.

I was so delighted with the clay, I gave what remained to a friend to try and immediately bought some more for myself. It will become a regular part of my beauty routine.

I have been a regular user of the Lush Coconut Moisture Cream for several years and am convinced it is one of the reasons why my skin always looks so good. I wouldn't dream of using any commercial product on my face because I am sure it would not be as beneficial.

On a visit to Salamanca Markets this year, I stumbled upon your Beauty & the Bees stall. My daughter and I purchased some of your products and the results have been wonderful. I'd just like to say how good your Honey and Olive Rich Moisture Cream (Marigold) is for my husband's eczema. He is particularly troubled by it during winter and has found your cream excellent, particularly on his face, which quickly dries out. He says it keeps his skin soft and flake-free. It feels like a barrier, which traps the moisture in. He also likes it because it doesn't make his skin feel sore and itchy like a lot of commercial creams do. It seems pretty stupid to make a cream to relieve eczema, which makes you feel itchy when you apply it.

I have recently been introduced to the delights of the Beauty & the Bees skin care range, and have obtained great results, which I honestly never expected. Having been willing prey to the hype of large cosmetic companies for around 25 years, and having discovered that their products NEVER delivered the promised results, I have become very cynical and disillusioned in regard to skin care.

My 40-year-old skin is as it always has been - oily with blackheads on nose and chin, and very dry cheeks. In fact the more attention I paid to the blackheads, the worse they seemed to become, and I had become absolutely resigned to 'breakouts'. I wondered of skin ever outgrew puberty.

I began using the unscented Goats Milk Soap, and found it to be very gentle. My skin no longer felt tight and stretched after washing. I also use the Lush Coconut Moisture Cream (Rose Geranium) - what a gorgeous cream. I massage it freely on my face and neck and have not had one pimple or breakout since I began this regime. My skin feels wonderful and looks pretty good too!

I recommend your products to my friends every chance I get. I can't quite believe that I have obtained such visible, good results in such a relatively short period of time.

I purchased a jar of the Honey and Olive Intensive Hand Cream on a recent trip to Hobart, for my teenage son who has always suffered from eczema. At the time he was becoming very self-conscious as his hands were affected. I admit that both he and I were a little sceptical at first, however we were both fed up with cortisone creams, as well as other creams purchased, all of which showed no effective results.

Within a few days of using the Hand Cream, we noticed a remarkable improvement. After one week of using the cream twice a day, his hands are clear of any trace of eczema.

Thank you for your wonderful Honey and Olive Intensive Hand Cream, which has completely cured the eczema on my hands. Right from the start your cream controlled the eczema just as well as the cortisone creams that I'd used for years. Then it gradually got rid of the eczema over a period of 4-5 months.
